Organizational Structure – Project Manager (PM)

The Project Manager has direct access to the President. The PM (Project Manager) is the principal point of contact between Maridian Materials, Inc. and the customer for all matters related to the contract. He has front-line decision-making responsibility. The PM will be directly responsible for accomplishing all the tasks and will work in close coordination with the customer. The PM is fully authorized to act on behalf of Maridian Materials, Inc. on all performance-related issues and is supported by Maridian Materials, Inc.’s corporate staff.
